   When suck rod reciperocate at well head HZYX-28 rod rotator and suck rod can turn slowly together.That reduce tubing milling out and prolong there work life save product cost.

HZYX-28 Rod rotator utilize suck rods reciperocate moverment and Via donkey head，¹/₈"wire line2，handle3，Eccentricity mandrel4，Pawl-I 9。Deliver the power to Ratch whell10，and Pawl-I 9 act Pawl-II 10 to turnning.。

When use HZYX-28rod rotator。First of all install HZYX-28 at Hang assembly，suck rod through the center hole of ratator.At top cover of HZYX-28 wedge a clip,set the weight of suck rod at here.Use a 1/8”wire line connect with donkey head,at other endconnect with wrench,it’s length depend on the size of suck unit.

   HZYX-28’s turning.When donkey head at lower point,the wrench handle are at plumb down point.When donkey head move to up point the wire lin pull the handle turnning 170degree.The eccentricity madle -5,and Pawl-I 9,turn same degree.To anti reverse turnning so install Pawl-II 10。

  HZYX-28 Repeat these step when suck rod up and down push the rotator turn 170 degree at each trip.
